Rise & Shine, Set & Relax

Ambitious people know how to hustle. This typically means rising with the sunrise and working into the evening. But it doesn’t have to … see my post on the Entrepreneurs Perfect Schedule here.

Since I live by my google calendar and I find rhythm with the sun, I find it important to know when the sun rises and sets each day. This helps with my alertness and relaxation routines. I scoured the internet to find a calendar to add the sunrise and sunset times into my calendar and then put together a post with the step-by-step instructions for you to add it to your calendar as well.

1. GO TO THIS LINK AND SELECT YOUR LOCATION COORDINATES.

Under the “sun” section, choose the location you want to use as a reference on the right-hand side. Mine auto-populated with my current city, so you might not even have to do this step.

2. CLICK THE “SUBSCRIBE SUN” BUTTON

3. A LITTLE POP-UP:

I have a MacBook Pro and use Google Calendar on Chrome, so if you’re on a Windows-based computer or use a different calendar or browser app, it might be different. A pop-up should appear that looks similar to this:

Alternatively you can COPY THIS URL and “Add it to your calendar” manually.

SUCCESS: NOW ALL THE SUNRISE + SUNSET TIMES ARE IN YOUR CALENDAR!

Now plan your day to find your own ebb and flow with the sun.
